How to relieve acne?

1. Cleanse your skin: Use a gentle and non-irritating cleanser to clean your face twice daily, in the morning and evening.

2. Choose suitable skincare products: Use non-comedogenic and "acne-prone" skincare products. If you have excessive oiliness, you can opt for oil-control products to help balance sebum production.

3. Pay attention to your diet: Reduce the intake of high-sugar and high-fat foods, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain a healthy diet.

4. Practice sun protection: Sun protection is important for preventing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne. Use a broad-spectrum, SPF 30 or higher, physical sunscreen, especially when exposed to strong sunlight.

5. Get enough rest: Ensure an adequate amount of sleep and maintain a regular sleep schedule to help alleviate skin issues.

6. Avoid touching acne: Avoid squeezing, touching, or picking at acne as it may worsen inflammation or leave scars.
